In order for this to work,  
you must contact Great Lakes Wireless directly  
by calling, emailing or using an online form. Ideally, the referral's information such as name, address and telephone number, email address should be provided to GLW prior to the referral's initial contact with GLW. Sometimes the referral is excited about getting great internet finally and when they call they often forget to mention who referred them, or they may call Xplore instead of GLW. In these cases we don't know you referred them, so you will get no referral credit, they will not get a credit either. This is why we suggest you or them call us directly with their info or use this online form to ensure we will be able to track the referral to you.
To receive the $50 credit on your your account, you must be a current Xplore customer in good standing. The referral must maintain Xplore customer status for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied to the referring customer's account. The referral credit will be applied to your account within 6-8 weeks.  In other words if the referral has already requested to sign up as a customer through Xplore then the referral is void.
